Returns

We’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered but if you’re not completely satisfied please do get in touch with us at hello@hamptonandastley.com as we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

You have the right to return any products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Any items returned to us must be in their original condition, unwashed and unused – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them.

Before attempting to return an order, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help at hello@hamptonandastley.com and provide your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email. This will help us to process your return as quickly as possible.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning your package to us.

As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Returns Policy, Hampton and Astley will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Unfortunately, Hampton and Astley cannot take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to request an exchange. Please contact our customer service team at hello@hamptonandastley.com who will be able to help with this. As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Returns Policy above, Hampton and Astley will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Customers are kindly asked to place a new order for the new item. If the item you wish to exchange it for is unavailable our customer service team will inform you of this and offer an alternative or a refund. Unfortunately, Hampton and Astley are unable to cover the postage costs for exchanges.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to contact our customer service team at hello@hamptonandastley.com and return the goods to us (making sure they are returned in accordance with the Returns Policy above). Unfortunately, Hampton and Astley are unable to cover the postage costs for cancellations.
