Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you’d like to cancel or return it. Once you’ve informed us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

To start a return, please email hello@hamptonandastley.com with your order number. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Condition of Returned Items

You may handle the goods to check their nature, characteristics and functioning — similar to how you would in a shop. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all original packaging included.

Bedding (such as sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) and towels should be folded neatly and returned as close as possible to their original presentation. This helps us inspect and process returns quickly and ensures items remain in good condition.

If items are returned in a condition beyond what’s reasonably expected, or if poor repackaging causes damage, creasing or loss of value, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect this.

Refunds

Refunds cover the cost of the goods (excluding the original delivery charge where applicable) and are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return (or proof that the goods have been sent back).

If items are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs in full.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to contact our customer service team at hello@hamptonandastley.com and return the goods to us (making sure they are returned in accordance with the Returns Policy above).

Unfortunately, Hampton and Astley cannot take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
