Inspired kitchen ideas
This time we’re off to Manchester to look inside a beautiful 1930s home belonging to designer and interiors blogger Kayleigh. After moving up from London in 2016 to buy their first family home, Kayleigh and her husband have spent the time since renovating and refurbishing.
You can see the results of all their hard work on Insta at @themillys1930shome, but meanwhile let’s take a peek inside…
One of the biggest projects was extending the kitchen to open up the space, adding wall units and a central island to give them a room they now love being in.
A fabulous Sputnik light fitting overlooks the dining table, complemented by a gorgeous muted green paneled statement wall.
Black and white tiling and stained glass windows in the entrance hall keep the original style of the house alive.
A palette of neutrals and pigeon grey creates a wonderfully soothing vibe in the bedroom.
The country cottage style bathroom features plenty of natural oak and wicker, not to mention a big stack of soft and fluffy Hampton and Astley bath towels.
