When you fall in love with a house, there’s often one room that sparks the feeling that this is the home you have to own. That was certainly the case for DIY expert and mum of 3 boys, Hayley, who knew this gorgeous Edwardian house was meant to be hers, the minute she stepped into the hallway.

Hayley fell in love with the entrance hall and its original panelled walls, painting over the dark wood and adding mirror tiles to give it a bright new look.
This reception room was another room that benefited from a coat of fresh, white paint.
The new extended kitchen is full of light and life, with this adorable photo wall of family portraits.
The spacious living room is the ideal spot for a Hampton and Astley natural wax candle...
