1930s house renovation
Found a house in the perfect location but the interiors are a bit tight on space? An extension and loft conversion might just be the answer, although it’s often a steep learning curve for the uninitiated.
After a whole year of having the builders in, home blogger Toulla has finally transformed her cramped 1930s house into a beautiful home with plenty of room to move. Let's take a peek at what she’s achieved.
One of the most breathtaking additions is the gorgeous extended kitchen, featuring sky lights and bifold doors.
Rather than splash out on fitted cupboards, Toulla found eight cabinets that perfectly fit the space.
Thanks to a loft extension with an ensuite, this home features two freestanding baths. Along with plenty of Hampton and Astley Egyptian cotton towels, of course.
Neutral tones with monochrome accents complement the parquet wood flooring.
There really is nothing better than a cosy egg chair for relaxing in the garden on a warm summer's evening.
